Colorado’s Great Lake, Lake Dillon: A Photo Tour

A reservoir as a lake, to someone like me from Michigan, is like a closed landfill as a mountain resort to someone from Colorado. For the better part of the 12 years living in Colorado, I regarded our reservoirs as supersized water tanks and gave them neither much attention nor respect.

It was a Lake Dillon camping trip this past weekend that changed my preconceived notions.
